Cookie Policy

Kai Londo sets exactly one category of cookie: strictly necessary authentication cookies, set by our authentication provider (Supabase) when you log in. These cookies:

• Keep you signed in as you navigate the platform
• Are HTTP-only and secure (not readable by JavaScript, always sent over HTTPS)
• Expire when you log out, or automatically after 7 days of inactivity
• Are first-party only — set by kailondo.com, not by a third party

Because these cookies are strictly necessary for the Service to function (you cannot stay logged in without them), we do not show a cookie consent banner — under GDPR, ePrivacy, and equivalent laws, strictly necessary cookies are exempt from the consent requirement that applies to analytics, marketing, and advertising cookies.

• No analytics cookies (Google Analytics, PostHog, Mixpanel, or similar)
• No advertising or retargeting cookies (Facebook Pixel, Google Ads, or similar)
• No third-party tracking scripts of any kind

If this ever changes, we will update this policy first and add a consent banner before any non-essential cookie is set.

Some parts of the dashboard use your browser's local storage (not a cookie) to remember interface preferences, such as a collapsed sidebar state. This data stays on your device, is never sent to our servers, and is cleared if you clear your browser's site data.

Because our only cookie is required to keep you logged in, blocking it will simply log you out and prevent sign-in. You can control or delete cookies at any time through your browser settings. This will not affect your ability to browse our public marketing pages.

We may update this Cookie Policy if what we use changes. Material changes will be reflected here with a revised "Last updated" date.
